In Project options click on Noraxon EMG, then click on Device setup and open Noraxon Hardware Setup dialog.
In Noraxon Hardware Setup assign appropriate EMG signal names (Label) to each serial number (Serial). See above for naming convention.
It is possible to use hardware profiles to store the names for different types of data collection (e.g. uni-lateral, bi-lateral).
